We are passionate about showcasing the flavours of South Australia, in particular our home, the stunning Limestone Coast.
We source and share our ingredients from local, boutique and family-run producers, selected by us for their honest, ethical and delicious produce. From the lush rolling hills that nurture The Splendid Egg’s happy hens (believe us, you can taste the difference) and Robe Dairy’s Jersey cows, to the pristine coastal waters that nurture our bountiful seafood, the Limestone Coast has it in abundance. And Chef Dean Julian brings it to you on our delicious, seasonal menus. We source our beans from the best growing regions around the world, and combine them to create a soft-bodied specialty coffee that’s unique to us. For us, food is an art form, so we thought, why not marry the two? Each season, to coincide with our creative new menu, we’ll unveil the work of an equally imaginative local Limestone Coast artist on our restaurant walls. Feast your eyes – and your palate!
