The Brand Brother Burger uses local saltbush mutton for its burger patty and our coleslaw incorporates local ingredients. We source Barmera Bakery panini rolls, Watley’s sweetcorn, onions, capsicums, cabbage and eggs, and Thiele’s Washington navel oranges, lemons and limes and avocados. We make our own wattle seed balsamic vinegar, lemon myrtle olive oil, quince paste, beetroot relish and grow wild asparagus when in season. Our kangaroo and emu metwurst pasta and emu and kangaroo tasting platters are popular menu items.
