Please demonstrate how your venue meets the following Eat Local SA criteria at all times.*
(Restaurant, Café, Pub, Stay, Catering and Cellar Door) must have at least one of the following options on the menu at all times which names the local producer or regional origin.
Metropolitan Adelaide venues must have at least two main dishes or a mix of up to four smaller dishes/platters which identifies the name of the local producer or origin.
(Cellar Door, Farm Gate, Retail, Experience) must have a prominent display of at least 10 different South Australian products or various preparations of a specialty product eg; beef, pork, lamb, cheese etc.
