Veggie-licious!

Let us introduce you to the K-Roo Sizzle Steak, brand new from K-Roo (they had us at ‘sizzle’). New to kangaroo? It’s lean, nutritious, delicious and how much easier than grilling for one minute on each side can cooking be?
Ingredients
- 1 pack K-ROO Sizzle Steak
- Top quality SA olive oil (such as Pendleton Olive Estate, Rio Vista Olives)
- 1/4 cup egg mayonnaise (or whip up your own mayo with some local free range eggs, such as Rohde’s Free Range Eggs or Fryar’s Kangaroo Island Free Range Eggs)
- 2 teaspoons grainy mustard
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 8 thin slices multigrain bread, lightly toasted
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup rocket leaves
- 2 brown onions, peeled ad finely sliced
- salt flakes and freshly grounded black pepper
