Preparation Time: 40 mins (including puree which makes enough for 8-10 cocktails)

- 250g dried apricots
- 400g canned half apricot in syrup
- 200g can slice peaches in syrup
- 25ml fresh lime juice
- 65ml water
- 65ml orange juice
Add the dried apricots, water and orange juice to a small pan, cover and slowly bring to the boil. With the lid in place, reduce to a simmer for five minutes. Allow to cool slightly before adding the apricot mix to a blender and blending until smooth (or use a thermal blender at 80 degrees for five minutes on a medium setting) set aside until cool.
When cool add all remaining ingredients and blend for a further five minutes or until all ingredients have combined.
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
Strain over fresh ice into short pilsner glass Garnish Drizzle of White Ice Magic and chopped up White FruChocs.
